Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 5% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 76.4/100, a mean average of 75.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 76.6/100. The standard deviation for this album is 19.3.

glitchy yet warm and comforting :)
i love how the glitch and the summery ambient textures blend together. marvellously constructed album
If you're commenting about this album saying that it's just "noise" or "weird instrumentals," that's the entire point of ambient/noise music... you just aren't into the genre...
Honestly, I think this is about as accessible and melodic as ambient music gets. If you aren't a fan of most ambient music, this is probably one of the best albums for you. If you don't like this, I would honestly just avoid the genre.
Top stuff! Not so glitchy as to be distracting or attention-grabbing yet not so straight-forward to make repeat listens unrewarding.
Yew this is not in my wheel house at all, weird electronica instrumentals wire to wire. It sounds like space static set to “music “ . Seems many punters dig this scene & more power to you my friends but I’ll pass thanks.
Beautiful Noise!
My friend said "ugh! Sounds like it's underwater. I don't like it.". Ah...yeah, I thought, that's why I like it.
I went through a faze of falling asleep to this album every night.
I think I don't get it... And I'm patiently
Incredible. I didn't know that music like this could be so beautiful, or even that it could exist, until I heard this album.
Noise-ambient-glitch? Not my thing I guess.
