This is Andrews' first full-length solo effort following the breakup of The Everybodyfields. I will make a confession bordering on sacrilege when I say that I think the split was wise. My favorite Everybodyfields songs were hers, and she has proven she has the stuff to stand on her own. One of the biggest benefits on playing with Sam Quinn was that he offered an unusual backing vocal style, which Jill's guitarist Josh Oliver ably replicates.
