A superb album full of fantastic songs. Incorporating pop, folk, soul, and, jazz, takin' my time, is one of Bonnie Raitt's strongest records. I gave my love a candle, is absolutely beautiful, and that's just one of many excellent songs here. Cry like a rainstorm, and, I thought I was a child, are two other very good cuts. An overlooked album.
Bonnie Raitt handles blues with care and empathy. This is one of her finest moments! Listen to "I feel the same"! Bonnie is an excellent slideguitarist, but here Lowell George contributes!
