I can see where they're trying to come from but for me it's not really working. None of it is terribly original, and the jagged and random nature of the songs can be annoying... sometimes.
None the less I'll give credit where credit is due: "Big Stars" is by far the best track on this LP with "Interference Fits" not far behind. Both show a glimpse of the more effective and creative side to Perfect Pussy- and how far they can actually take their music- without making themselves seem like nonsensical, hipster-punk rockers.
The vocals are raw and full of chutzpah (hebrew for ballsy) just like any punk vocals should be, so kudos indeed to Meredith Graves.
I will say that I did enjoy the idea of a punk record ending in a wall of ambient angst-ridden spoken-word, but to me it didn't really work, and sort of sounded as though the group were out of ideas and decided to throw in a tirade of six (or so) minutes of loops and fuzzed nonsense.
A decent start to their career, but not necessarily a "great" album.

With vocals somewhere between spoken-word and shouting, aggressive use of lo-fi distortion and hiss/feedback, and a great use of rhythm "Say Yes To Love" is shaping up to be one of my favourite albums of 2014. Shorter than an episode of "The Twilight Zone" this album is contagiously repeatable after the first listen, and is outrageously confident in its unconventionality.
