I've owned this album for 20 years and have listened to it when I couldn't sleep, when I've had headaches, and when I'm stressed out. My son would always listen to it when he was going to sleep at night as well. It's beautiful, technical, and spiritually healing. Phil Keaggy is one of the greatest guitar players in the world and this is one of his greatest works.
