Never been a big fan of Live Albums but this is great, so grateful to own this on Double Vinyl!
"The Thieving Magpie" marks the last chapter of the so-called Fish era. This is MARILLION on the peak of their career, although the band had a few bright moments without Fish, and Fish solo came sometimes quite close to the magical early stuff with MARILLION. Most songs are from the same shows that were recorded for "Real To Reel" and "Brief Encounter".
