I was one of those people who hated the album when it first came out. Compared to Shaka Ponk’s other records, I found it too pop, too uneven. But I listened to it again recently and I have to say, it actually goes down pretty well. It’s not the band’s best, but there are some really good tracks like Altered Native Soul, Black Listed, Scarify...
