Jazz from South Africa.
There is a distinct African feel, but you can still hear an infusion of US Jazz as well.
This album features the song Mannenberg which was to become the signature tune of the anti-apartheid movement in South Africa.
Excellent jazz album from the mid eighties. Not a weak track on it.
