Drawn from Feb 1970 Fillmore East shows, side one is acoustic country and blues covers and side two is electric blues covers. The only original is “Black Peter”. Overall OK but admittedly, I’m less of a country/blues Deadhead and more of a psychedelic/jazzy Deadhead. A tribute of sorts to Pigpen. For further listening, check out Dick’s Pick #4 culled from the same shows. (Note: tracks 8-11 are bonus tracks on the later reissue.)
