It isn´t that often that I like a release as much as this one, on a first listen. This is top quality music and a release that should not go unnoticed, particularly if the name of the artist does not immediately ring bells of recognition.
I have `previously heard, and liked, their EPs and singles. Belonging to a genre that is already awash with, often unacknowledged, great talent, The Radio Dept. are seriously good.

Such a brilliant and beautiful album - perhaps even best of the century
Beautiful dreamy pop to float away on.
What a nice journey. It definitely has an identifiable shoegaze, indie dream pop sound, but it really doesn't remind me of anyone in their field too much. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's highly innovative, but it's in its own special place. Great album.
Scandinavian swirly dreamy fuzzy shoegaze at its very best...

One the very first bands to herald the shoegazing revival (now in it's 8th year). Lesser Matters is a brilliant album chock full of indie-pop gems.
