To my ears, this is a great example of the dreaded sophomore slump album. It happens. There was much better to come.
Surprised this Devo album is rated higher than some of the others. A solid album but their synth albums are much better
Bit of a letdown after the first album. Probably my least favourite Devo album. A few decent tracks but the rest all sounds a bit lost to me, neither rock or synth. Disappointing.
Devo changing direction after the Eno produced debut. Loose and weird and fun.
