Just a great album. Album ratings (for me) should be about the entire album and the playability of the album. I can put this on and just rock out, no filler as someone else said.

Their first two albums were solid. After that, the drop-off is pretty significant.

Decent modern rock. Better than you think. Like post 2000 U2 without the pretention.
Decent band, kind of generic sounding. Pretty good live act.
Such an underrated band. Fantastic songwriters and fantastic singer
Modern rock with earnest delivery and lyrics with a message. Sort of a harder rocking U2. I think their first album was the best and each one after that seemed to drop off a little.
