Her raspy voice took a while to grow on me, but eventually, I came to love it. She's also a talented songwriter, and even when mired in 80s production, she still shined.

I love her voice, some of her best songs are on the Fleetwood Mac albums- Dreams, Gold Dust Woman, Sara, Landslide and Rhiannon. Her best solo effort is Wild Heart closely followed by Bella Donna. I think her solo albums are a little self indulgent,there is no one there to hold her back ( Lindsey Buckingham credits himself with doing this on the Mac albums). All n all though she is a great singer/songwriter.
On the Fleetwood Mac albums it is usually the Stevie Nicks tracks that I like the best. Her solo albums are okay but seem to contain a lot of filler.
I'm not the biggest Stevie Nicks fan, but her work with Fleetwood Mac was pretty good and Edge of Seventeen is a classic.
