My love to music begun when my mom introduced me to The Final Countdown. Still my favorite band.
Prefer their music pre 2004.
The band have their headquarters in Brussels, and their legal department at The Hague
My first "real" concert experience was in January of '89, when I got to see Europe live for the first time. It was my favourite band by far at that time and Out of This World, which I still consider to be their best release, was my all time favourite album. I was even a member of their official fan club, and them being fellow Swedes enhanced my admiration of course.
Their original sound is of course very much that of the 1980's. But their strength lies in the melodies, and they are as good now as they were back then.
The band split up in the early 1990's and reunited about a decade later. Their new sound is heavier and more reminiscent 1970's hard rock.
