1974 has slowly unveiled itself to be such an interesting year. Sandwiched between some of my longtime favorite years like 1970-73 as well as 1975, it took a while for me to really notice what ‘74 had to offer.
With the absence of releases from Zeppelin, Sabbath, the Who, and Pink Floyd as well as some lesser returned to releases by Bowie and Stevie, it took me finding albums like Court & Spark, On The Beach, Rock Bottom, and I Want To See The Bright Lights to fill in the cracks on what an amazing collection of music this year boasts.
Very solid top 25 this year.
