Interesting chart - you get an extra 5 for having the balls to be true to yourself and put 'Please Please Me' in your top 10 (regardless of what Gary says) :-)
Captain_Dude 07/02/2011 02:15Great chart! The inclusion of Black Sabbath's Technical Ecstasy was wonderful! Everyone discounts that one because their sound evolved. That album has an infectious groove that is like no other. Well-played!
Nice variety of genre, however I feel you put couple of albums that are second rate compared to others by the same artist. Still good to see some understated classics like your chart has got =]

Loved it...except Sam's Town. Couldn't stand that record.
lethalnezzle 11/17/2010 23:49The inclusions of 'Veedon Fleece', 'Pink Moon' and 'Blood On The Tracks' in your Top 10 were almost completely wiped out by your inclusion of The Killers. 'Closing Time' and 'Marquee Moon' are always good choices, but the rest is either very play-it-safe (Michael Jackson, John Coltrane, The VU) or utterly inexcusable (Queen, a-ha?!?!). However, the fact that you recognise that 'Veedon Fleece' is better than 'Astral Weeks' is impressive to say the least.
