"So much good music here. "Miles Davis" and "The End" are favorites. It's ridiculously long, but I can't decide whether that adds to or detracts from its greatness. It's tough to get through the whole thing in one sitting, but taken in pieces, it's all fantastic."  Reply

"Two years after disbanding Pavement, Stephen Malkmus was back, releasing his solo debut. The quality isn't any dropoff from Pavement either, and it sounds like he's got his creative juices flowing, moreso than on the last couple Pavement releases. Check out the lead track "Black Book" and my favo..."  [+]  Reply

"After the disappointing Cyclone album (in comparison to previous work) Tangerine Dream pulled out all the stops with this album, thankfully losing the vocals. I have a near mint copy on vinyl and it sounds superb on a decent audio system. I hear things on the vinyl I don't hear on my CD version. ..."  [+]  Reply

"If you haven't heard this album, you are really missing out. A pivotal moment in hip hop music and creativity. The production on this is unreal. A forgotten great that is overshadowed by albums like Good Kid Maad City among others."  Reply

"Playful rock'n'roll, but a little too knowing and self congratulatory. Still, it is an enjoyable, slightly quirky pop album that still sounds fairly unique. Good album."  Reply

"The fourth album by E, aka Mark Oliver Everett. Not the best Eels album, but Eels got off to a great start, so even if this isn't quite up to par with its predecessors, it's still better than what a contemporary like Beck puts forth for a typical release. The best song here is actually on the del..."  [+]  Reply

"Really chill album. Nice drumming and flute. Reminiscent of Foxygen but with a more blues & early rock influence. Very different stylistically to 'I'm In Your Mind Fuzz' and 'Nonagon Infinity'. Track Picks: 'The Bitter Boogie', 'Sense' , 'Most of What I Like'"  Reply
