"i loved this album the first time i heard it playing on a cassette in someone's car. it ended up being the first CD i ever bought, several months before i actually had a CD player :-) i knew i was going to get one, though, and i really wanted to hear this album in CD-quality audio." Reply

There also seems to be a bit of a new wave hangover influencing the music on a few songs, which blends surprisingly well. "Bought this because of a Rolling Stone review. It ended being one of my favorites. "Fade Away" should've been a hit single, and the rest of the CD is just as outstanding. Even after all this time, it still sounds great." Reply
