I completely agree with user below, this album holds up really well as an Early-2000’s pop album.
Compared to what was released by most of Michelle Branch’s other pop contemporaries, The Spirit Room can stand as one of the best albums of the genre and one of the better albums of the Early-2000’s era of pop music.
As far as pop albums go, this one has aged surprisingly well. I love it just as much now as I did in the early 2000s.
