Truly remarkable in every sense of the word. Near perfection.

I've had this album for many years, and never get tired of listening to it. Whether as a vocalist, a musician, or a songwriter, Carole sparkles. A true masterpiece, this album would work well in anyone's collection.

What a great album - probably knew most of the songs from other artists. But wow to King in writing and delivering these. Advised Dec 17 by a mate to get this album and a bit surprised - finally got in in June 18 and it is an all time classic with all tunes great with the exception of the title track itself which I feel is a bit of a let down

An absolute masterpiece. Every song is spectacular. The songs are well-arranged with fantastic sounding instrumentation. Worth checking out

Not too many albums about which I can say, "This is better than Licensed to Ill." (It was the last thing I'd listened to.) But this is one of them.

I have to say, at first I didn't quite get it, I started listening and for the first songs I was thinking 'Yeah, not bad, slightly odd voice, 7/10'. However, around track four, my opinion changed. Carole's voice is natural and beautiful, the lyrics tell stories books would struggle with and the piano is sweeping and inspiring in it's simplicity. A tentitive 8.5, probably will increase to a 9 with further listening.

Certainly one of the best albums ever made, as others have said every song is good, and there are some funny stories as well as heart felt reflections in there. A good selection of instruments as well. Its the sort of album you can listen to multiple times over and over.

A beautiful album. To this day the longest charting album for a female artist.

"A legendary album" Carole King's Tapestry definitely lives up to that accolade. The first three tracks are the best tracks on the album followed by Home Again, Way Over Yonder, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow & You've Got a Friend although I prefer James Taylors cover of this song and I prefer Aretha's version of Natural Woman. Still this is a great collection of Carole King's interpretations of her own songs.

It's not too polished and finds its charm in its imperfection. The songwriting is magnificent and speaks for itself
