A fine album, Highlights: Summer Nights and Verse
"Verse" has the same rhythmical and thematic structure as some of the finest similar songs off jazz: All Blues, Equinox, Stolen Moments, Village Blues, and even Maiden Voyage. Keep listening!

Very creative and expressive vibes-led outing that blurs the line between hard bop and post bop. A forward thinking, yet accessible and dynamic jazz album.
