Okay, normally I'd argue that Dr. Dog are underrated on here, but I have to admit that this album is pretty weak. There's nothing interesting happening here, as much as I want to find something there. Lyrically the songs don't take any bold new direction and in fact actually significantly regress in their ability to connect with the listener. This is Dr. Dog making a Dr. Dog parody album directed by someone who hates Dr. Dog. Utterly forgettable and boring. There's a reason this album never got a full release.
