Following the incredibly disappointing ‘My Love Is Cool ‘ released in 2016 I came into ‘ Visions Of Life ‘ with low expectations.
It took me a few full listens but I’m there now - this is a seriously good album. Word of warning this album is a real grower and takes 2-3 listens to get it so to speak
Track wise there is a genuine mixed bag of musical styles, from dream pop to hard rock to prog to chamber pop it’s all here and it’s awesome. My only criticism of ‘ Visions For Life ‘ is there isn’t one jaw dropping killer track rather all tracks are good or above average without a single filler moment. My personal favourite song is the nearly 8 minute title track which closes things perfectly leaving you wanting more

So to any one who hasn’t heard this album shame on you, you’r missing out on one of 2017’s very best releases
Excellent album, a different record to the first but equally as intriguing. Pure excitement over the first few listens I must admit.
"Heavenward" is just pure dreamy, "Yuk Foo", "Planet Hunter", "Formidable Cool", "Sadboy" my other favorites and Visions of a Life I just want that track to go on forever!
Grossly under-rated on here and must say one of the best modern bands around.
