Not the best Bill has produced, but with some really nice songs like Held, Cold Blooded Old Times and Hit the Ground Running.

Smog goes electric (as hinted on 1996's excellent, Kicking a Couple Around EP). He adopts various personas; some relatable, others perverse. And coerces out his inner Dylan.
One of the most inspired Smog's album.
Produced by Jim O'Rourke, contains the most famous Smog's song,"Cold Blooded Times" which later appeared on the High Fidelity film soundtrack, and stunning songs like Teenage Spaceship.
