This is a hidden gem from the mid eighties. Ok, all the songs are love songs in a roundabout sort of way but they are upbeat and happy. There is some excellent musicianship on the album and the drums are delivered with punch, possibly from a Simmons or D Drum electric kit. Lovely subtle string textures with complimentary rhythm guitar and electric bass provide the foundations for some great vocals throughout the album.
