Byrne's other solo album's may be a better place to start than "Look Into The Eyball". Passable fair can be found here - the treasures can be found on his other albums.
It's a decent album, it won't bore you but it probably won't blow you away either.
A couple of really nice songs, the Great Intoxication and Neighborhood are excellent.

Some good pop songs... some mediocre "world-musicish" songs. A funny album.
