This is a pretty underrated album, this album grew on me quickly and there are many tracks here I found to be overlooked such as Liar, Chemical, Everyone Everywhere, Young Offender, etc. The singles are great too. I don't know how people aren't paying attention to this album. (Edited)

Good electronica/techno/alternative pop album. Best 10 songs average is 86,8/100 and the album can get good 85/100. Best songs are "Regret", "World" and "Spooky" all 90/100, followed by "Ruined in a day", "Everyone everywhere" and "Times change" all 85/100. All other songs good 80/100. (Edited)
Overall this is my favorite New Order album. Definitely underrated. (Edited)
Shortlisted for album of the year at the 1993 Mercury Prize. The winner was the self titled album by Suede (Edited)

Don`t want to hurt anybody`s feelings but to me this album is awful plastic soul-pop .
