A party record that makes no attempt to say anything remotely serious. There's nothing inherently wrong with that and I actually kind of like some of what they're doing here, but the biggest problem with it is that the actual attempts at creativity peaks with sampling "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" for no reason and trying to sound as much like Arrow as possible (for obvious reasons).
Ultimately, it's not a record that a listener would NEED a headful of E to enjoy, although there are definitely a couple of second half downer songs that suck so hard it will make you wonder if you made the right choice going to the club tonight...uh...24 years ago.
