Cutting it close to the tail-end of the hair metal explosion of the late 80s and fading into the early 90s, Soul Kitchen emerged on the US metal scene with appropriately blown out hair dos. The foursome didn't have much of a sound, much of a charisma, or much talent at all. The eponymous debut came and went with barely a notice. They were more photogenic than musical. Released on Giant Records Cat#: 9 24461-2 in 1992., this album was their only record.
