Curb Records was notorious for releasing budget level compilations which were made up of spotty playlists masquerading as "Greatest Hits" collections. Lou Rawls received the Curb Records treatment in 1990 with a twelve track package (Cat#: D2-77380) that has no discernible hits. His smooth baritone is evident and that is what carries this album to 2 and a half stars.
