Last acoustic album from the great quintet. They create a beautiful soundscape that is very soon changing to an electric world. Criminally underrated!

Side one starts out with a couple of downtempo, dreamy explorations, but the rest of the album is more energetic and toe-tapping, though of course modal and a bit abstract. Ron Carter is especially good on this album, constantly cooking underneath whatever else is happening. Great album from Miles' second quintet.
One my favourites from Miles Davis. Fans of kind of blue will probably like this one too as it has an easy and organic feel to it. It's a bit wilder though but totally accessable.
