The concept has potential but the execution is weak. It's just not that funny. Any couple of numbskulls could've slapped this together and improvised for 45 minutes. And the results would have been just as good. Where are the jokes, or the creative sketches, or the clever improvisation? They should have spent a lot more time composing funny material for this. As is, it's just boring.
