The second album to capture the collaboration of two great Blues legends, Bobby Bland & B.B. King, was released in 1976 and featured live performances of the pair interacting and supported by a handful of musicians, including horns, drums and organ. The performance was recorded at The Coconut Grove in Los Angeles. The album was originally released by MCA Records, the compact disc version I have is (Cat#: MCAD-27012). The always hypnotic guitar of King, 'Lucille,' is the true star of the half dozen tracks which make up the album. King is in good voice and he seemingly out-sings Bland on their respective numbers. It's a solid live album. Authorized on discogs.com
