Il titolo dice già tutto: è un blues onirico quello di Bill Frisell, un blues che con i sensi e con la polvere e con la sofferenza ha poco a che fare. E' un blues approcciato da un jazzista, chitarrista virtuoso e sensibile; un disco interamente strumentale che contiene una musica lenta e d'atmosfera.
