I have several Aerosmith albums, but I had never heard this one. I played it for the first time today, and I think it could be their best.

Solid Riff Rock.
Probably my favorite Aerosmith album. 3-4 years ahead of its time.
When Aerosmith was made by Aerospace plus Mythology.
Solid album, but its the start of their iconic sound that wouldn't be perfected until the two albums that came after this one

No sophomore slump from their debut, but they still haven't peaked yet. They were honing their craft before they hit it out of the park with the next 3 albums.
