Steven Wilson singing a cover song of his choice and then recording a song that is inspired by the cover song. It is a bit patchy. In the first two recordings, the Cover Version is quite basic but better than the S Wilson penned tunes. However, he redeems himself for Cover Versions III and VI and the accompany songs.
This is actually a limited edition of the 6 singles released by Steven Wilson between 2003 and 2010. Each single consisted of a cover version of another artist's song and then a Steven Wilson composition inspired by the cover song.
