In which Curt and Kris Kirkwood and Derrick Bostrom do lots of drugs, play very loudly, sing incomprehensibly and release the result as their debut LP.
The self-titled Meat Puppets album will only be of interest to fans and maybe guitar players who can't sing.
Worth the while are two drugged up covers: "Walking Boss" by Doc Watson and "Tumbling Tumbleweeds" by Sons of the Pioneers.
Not recommended.
