Appears to be simultaneously orchestrated and improvisational. My favorite of his thus far.

Wonderful, erratic, frantic, desperate, and amazing are all words I'd use to describe this. Jamie is an avant-garde artist who combines a sort of Scott Walker-meets-Ian Curtis vibe. He's not for those used to contemporary music as Xiu Xiu is all experimental art and this album is experimental rock at it's finest.

took me like 3 or 4 tries to actually finish this... some iteresting moments but i could not get into the vocalist
