When I first heard of this band through one of their songs "Big Bang", I was surprised by the fact that they weren't from the sixties but are a relatively new band from the 2000's. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I heard this; probably their best album. From the surf rock-like power pop of "Keeping Up With The Joneses" to the classic 60's feel of songs like "She Looks Good", and memorable guitar work ("Telescope") throughout; Breakfast in Suburbia is an obscure gem and an excellent album I recommend listening to. IMHO this is a quality power pop/rock release that rivals even the Beatles' early work.
