the second best Kansas album is the highest selling one. POKR Has many great hits like Dust in the Wind, Nobody's Home, Sparks of the Tempest, portrait, and the title track. (Edited)
Very strong follow-up to Leftoverture, high-energy prog/hard rock all the way through save for the wonderful gentleness of Dust in the Wind. Definitely a must-listen album for prog enthusiasts like its predecessor. (Edited)

I’m all to familiar with this album. I would listen to this a lot in my teenage years. Point Of No Return is one of my all time favorite songs. For me this album is kind of chaotic. It’s all over the board. A lot of good jams but the lyrics are disconnected and as a whole not that good. Seems like they went into the studio with a couple of good tracks and just haphazardly added the others. Never the less I rated this an 85. (Edited)
Not as good as Left Overture, IMO. Sparks of the Tempest is the best song on the album, by far, to me. Dust in the Wind is just too soft for my tastes, though I understand its appeal, especially to women. It's pure soft rock.
