Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A showcase album that bought Chris a legion of new fans. Most people I speak to about Chris mention this album as their first foray into Chris's music. I must admit, it's Chris's first and best compilation album
