First 6 tracks are great, and the last 4 are alright too. Definitely the most consistently good Foreigner album.

Clássico oitentista!
It's decent, but lacks the production and fullness of earlier releases.
Despite hosting plenty of Foreigner hit songs, '4' lacks the cohesive delivery to earn flagship status.

I think it is a great album, but certainly is not number one. Head Games is a classic followed by debut and then Double Vision.
Fun Album! +5 points for "Waiting for a Girl Like You". Foreigner's Ballads are what makes them true standouts in their era.
There was a time back in the early eighties when this album lived on AOR radio. Nothing revolutionary or groundbreaking here - just catchy songs that one remembers the lyrics to decades later.

This album is always on the top of my stack of my top 20
Easily their best album in terms of songs and consistency. There are a few duds but the majority of the record is unashamedly enjoyable commercial rock. A fun record.

When Foreigner abandoned any pretense of being a legit rock band and threw themselves without reservation into making lame hits for the mindless masses.
