This is a very different experience than I thought it would be. I thought it would be Sunbather 2, and it is a lot closer to Yank Crime, Tweez/Spiderland, etc; Complex, angular, math-y metal. Very interesting, but I’ll have to listen more before I can call it truly good.

Along with Sunbather, probably the greatest black metal in the new generation.

not really into metal, but this is great. love the wet guitar sound.
There are a lot of interesting sounds that liven it up and the melodies are sharp and energetic. I'd say all of the songs are consistently good, though for me there is nothing that really stands out as being exceptionally amazing.
