Own: superlative singles collection on the ol' wax. Note optimistic title. Pop smarts galore, underlying poignancy not unlike the Carpenters or Rembrandt. They were very possibly the best singles band of the 70s, with a handful of good album tracks. And unlike most bands they seemed to get better as they went along, soon enough dropping the Schlager tendencies. Some of it sounds like Mozart thanks to Benny.

This album has nearly all their singles on one album. The early singles are missing and Thank You For The Music which wasn't released as a single until after they split. Contains their last great recording - The Day Before You Came. A good compilation 80/100
