For anyone unfamiliar with the band, this was Scott Gorham's version of Thin Lizzy which had been touring as Thin Lizzy for a few years before this, but when they decided to make new music didn't want to release it under the Thin Lizzy name.

The Thin Lizzy influence is pretty strong, it's hard rock with a lot of the songs using the dual guitar harmonies, and some of the songs having a Celtic feel.

It doesn't reach the heights that Thin Lizzy did, but if you are a Thin Lizzy fan it's definitely worth a listen. For me, "Bound For Glory" is excellent, and "Hey Judas", "Kissin' The Ground", "Kingdom Of The Lost", and "Valley of The Stones" are highlights. It is a bit inconsistent, and does fall off a bit towards the end though, and the last couple of songs feel like album filler to me.
