I find Goldfrapp albums very hit or miss. This is on the hit side, one of her better ones. (Edited)

Best electroclash I've heard, please prove me wrong, because I've been looking for good elecrtoclash. Will Gregory's lo-fi and simplistic production that would be considered as amateuristic elsewhere, now is perfect in this atmosphere.
A surprising shift in genre for Goldfrapp who embrace the wonderful world of electroclash head first coming up with some innovative bangers along with more downtempo cuts. It's sexy and very cool.
Still a dreamy album, less so than Felt Mountain with more of an electro pop edge. I hear several Kate Bush influences on this album. The synth and electric drum work is excellent considering that it's one person.

I enjoyed her so much on the Orbital albums, but was so disappointed by this.
