Branigan 2, while showcasing a tremendous vocalist in Laura Branigan, results in an album that is not bad, but it merely riddled with ballads. This occurred on her first two albums before she began doing more dance music in the mid-later 80s (along with ballads of course). While any ballad lover would find this album incredible, I myself find it as just great, but mainly due to the averaging of the track ratings. I'm Not the Only One is the strongest track on the album, uptempo and catchy. The rest is good, but that one song saved it from being merely good (3 stars in my ratings)
