DO not actually understand the high rating and position of this album, not bad but just too odd.
Belchior's 2nd record and his greatest classic _ almost all of the tracks are pretty well-known in Brazil and were rerecorded several times by other artists.
It's like a Dylan-inspired record in terms of lyrics, with the themes of "the new" and "the youth" being recurrent, as well as a fixation on disagreeing with Caetano Veloso (called "ancient composer from Bahia", although at that point he only had a 10-year-old career). The arrangements are surprisingly sofisticated.
