He plays similarly to Kevin Burke (slow and melodic), but he doesn't take as many risks. The obsession with ornamentation makes me want to go back and listen to the master, Tommy Peoples. If you enjoy this, I highly recommend checking out the previously mentioned artists. I believe they're far superior to The Gloaming. Additionally, Lunasa is a fun group that's worth checking out.
