This is a collaboration between rapper Buck 65 and Belgian producer Joëlle Phuong Minh Lê, who performs under the moniker Greetings From Tuskan. Their first album was produced without the two ever having met; it came together with online communication and file transfers. The result was that it had a certain coldness to it, but remained oddly compelling. I don't know if they've met since, but this is their sophomore effort, and it captures much of the same feeling as the first one.
